Remember a few months ago I asked the question:

Are there any netlabels that aren't techno?

Well thanks to your answers I compiled this show which went out on Resonance Fm today. Enjoy!

D o w n with the C h a i r m a n
episode 25

and let me know of the ones I've forgotten for the next singing special.

Brave New Weird Records has plenty of vocals, and it's certainly not techno:

http://www.neblinarecords.com
and of course http://www.tokyodawnrecords.com

these are the only two non-geek netlabels i know of who have a strong link to vocalists, not just to producers

look at http://www.archive.org/audio/collection.php?collection=taktalsmittel there you will find a lot of elektro, breakbeats, downtempo; no techno, just a little bit of house ;)

Hazard Records is NOT a techno label (though we have a few drones...). Not many vocals though (mostly improv) but you can check the "What About Beauty?" album by Superelvis

you won´t find anything remotely resembling techno at my LedaTape label... or even music maybe.

My Mean Magpie

Plenty of vocals. It's mainly lo-fi stuff but there are some real gems in there. I'd start with the Ten; Ten compilation just to gat a feel for things. I've also two other releases to upload in the next day or two. The FTP is reading as "disk full", but I keep trying.
